The noisy air conditioning unit disturbed my sleep.

I stayed in the Queen Studio Suite, Hearing Access/Non-Smoking for 11 nights. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had all the essentials to whip up meals, and the bed was comfy. Wifi worked great, too. Plus, it was super quiet being set back from the main road. Breakfast had a solid selection, which was cool. Staff was professional and friendly, which made everything smooth!

The kids loved the spacious room and the 42-inch LCD TVs. We enjoyed relaxing after visiting the Cleveland Cavaliers Training Facility, where the atmosphere was electric. Great time connecting with the family over some fun movies on the impressive HDTV while enjoying the complimentary WiFi.

My children wanted a bit more variety in breakfast options.

The hotel had a nice, well-kept pool area and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes. However, there were some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and unhelpful staff interactions during check-in. Overall, it felt safe and quiet, making up for some shortcomings.

The air conditioning unit couldn’t be fully turned off, creating annoying noise throughout the night. The shower had temperamental water temperatures, swinging from scalding hot to ice-cold, which dampened the otherwise pleasant experience. For those expecting a larger bed, the queen size could feel cramped for two, making it less ideal for couples who want more room.
